Fun way to exercise
by Jet Set Ayo Sue on Feb.25, 2009, under My Diary
If you’re like me you will find that you will spend most of your time sat down on your bum, I seem to wake up and sit most of the time. This made me a bit worried about my general fitness; I can’t be doing my self any good by been so lazy.
I one day decided that I really needed to do sometning about this, so I wrote down a list of activities I found exciting and if I could do them twice a week, some ideas on the list were not really that helpful such as playing games, as I knew this wouldn’t help me at all.
With a list of ideas I started looking more in depth at them checking to see if they could really help me get active, I had some like Ice Kating but I couldn’t manage to do that three times a week or more, but it’s fun, and active, simple ideas like this were sure help me find something.
In the end I decided on Golf and Bikram Yoga
I enjoy the extreme sport. I invested in women’s golf set and other equipment I would need and began, now I go twice times a week to golfing
and three time a week to yoga- not only do I enjoy it is helping me become more active and healthy.
If you would like to do something like this follow these steps;
1. Decide its time to exercise more
2. Create a list of fun activities
3. Check the list and research into the ideas
4. Pick one of ideas you like most
5. Have fun and become healthy.

The Cinnamon Club
by Jet Set Ayo Sue on Feb.19, 2009, under Eateries
The taste of the Raj and old English country club permeates every fibre of its being in this altogether rather formal dining experience.
Situated in the former Westminster Library
it offers a more traditional and somewhat pretentious occasion but nonetheless enjoyable one for all that. The overall stuffiness of ‘The Cinnamon Club’ marries well with the impression given of good old British ‘stiff upper lip’ and Indian opulence.
There is a particularly pleasant bar that is well worth taking your time at, perhaps to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail or two.
It offers a sizzling array of Indian cuisine that can probably boast some if not all of the finest curry’s in Town.
The tables are immaculately presented
and indeed the formalness of the staff lends itself to the expectation of a perfectly prepared meal that has been tailored to meet the exacting standards of a fastidious clientele.
A fine wine list accompanies a fine menu and whilst it has to be said it can be a little on the expensive side, considering the surroundings and haughty manner it is to be of no surprise. In fact you would feel uneasy if it were not so, as the saying goes it’s ‘reassuringly expensive.’
An altogether highly rewarding experience that resonates with the passions of the Raj.

In A Barbie World
by Jet Set Ayo Sue on Feb.17, 2009, under Must Go See
For fifty years now young girls and indeed still some older girls have been playing with and dressing up their very own ‘Barbie’ dolls.
Barbie has been an iconic image worldwide and some of the dolls are now regarded as collectors’ items.
Girls have idolised her and many have tried by using cosmetic surgery
to emulate her, to varying effect.
So widespread and inspirational has Barbie become that New York Fashion Week celebrated on the 14th her half century.
Barbie has managed to cross all boundaries and provided millions of girls of all ethnic background and of course some boys too with their first taste of the thrills given to playing dress up and fashion.
The celebration of the iconic Barbie continues at London Fashion Week which opens this Friday 20th.
More news of the blindingly obvious comes as scientists discover that wild elephants
can be tamed by female love calls.
We women have known this for years and our mellifluous love calls can tame any wild animal. We’ve been doing it since time immemorial.
